Roasted agave leads the nose, followed by warm oak and golden honeyed banana. On the palate, the spirit is smooth and subtly sweet, unfolding into toasted spice and peppery oak. The finish is long and rounded, leaving a lingering honeyed depth that reflects balance and restraint.

How to Enjoy It

Best enjoyed neat in a tulip-shaped or Glencairn glass to concentrate aroma and texture. A gentle swirl helps open the honeyed warmth before sipping. A single cube may be added to lower temperature without muting the character.

Pairs beautifully with dark chocolate with sea salt, flan, crème brûlée, or caramel-forward desserts. Complements triple-cream brie, aged gouda, figs, dates, honeycomb, and charcuterie boards. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agaves grown for seven years in Amatitán, Jalisco, at the base of the Tequila Volcano. Steamed, fermented, and double distilled before resting for three months in ex-bourbon barrels. Finished with natural Mexican honey to round the spirit and enhance smoothness without additives.
