2 oz Dulce Oro Reposado
0.5 oz espresso
2 dashes honey simple
4 dashes chocolate bitters
Garnish
Brandied cherry, orange peel, chocolate dusting
Method
Stir Dulce Oro Reposado, espresso, honey simple, and chocolate bitters with ice until well chilled. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass. Express orange peel over the surface, garnish with a brandied cherry, and finish with a light chocolate dusting.
