2 oz Dulce Oro Reposado
3 oz coconut water
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz fresh pineapple juice
0.25 oz honey syrup (1:1)
pinch sea salt

Method
Shake hard with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass.
Bartender’s Notes
The coconut and pineapple give tropical weight but the lime and salt keep it from going sweet — don't skip the salt. Batch (pitcher of 8): 16 oz Dulce Oro Reposado, 24 oz coconut water, 8 oz lime, 8 oz pineapple, 2 oz honey syrup, 1/2 tsp sea salt. Stir, pour over ice per glass
