1 oz Dulce Oro Reposado
1 oz Amaro Montenegro
1 oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple Liqueur
1 oz fresh lemon juice
6 drops Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters
3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake to activate the Fee Foam, then shake again with ice. Strain into a chilled glass.
Bartender’s Notes
Fee Foam gives a tight, frothy head — dry shake first is what activates it. Tropical/tiki-leaning with bittersweet depth from the Montenegro.
