0.5 oz Campari
0.5 oz Fair Trade coffee liqueur
0.5 oz strawberry oleo
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Garnish
a fresh sliced strawberry on top (a dehydrated strawberry works as well)
Method
Stir with ice. Strain over a large rock in a low-ball glass.
