2oz Dulce Oro Reposado
2oz grapefruit juice
1oz Sinsonte chili liqueur
0.5oz St. Germain
0.5oz Lychee juice
0.5oz lime juice
0.5oz passion fruit honey
Garnish
Dried chili pepper, rosemary sprig
Method
Fill with crushed iced and pour shaken mix over. Set empty shot glass over the ice and fill with Dulce Oro Reposado. Top with Pisco (or other spirit that is 41% ABV or higher) to set on fire.
