Base

1.75oz pistachio oat milk
0.5oz white chocolate syrup
0.25oz peppermint syrup
5 mint leaves
1.5oz Dulce Oro Reposado
2 dashes chocolate bitters

Garnish

1 mint leaf

Method

Add all ingredients to shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds, strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with 1 mint leaf

Bartender’s Notes

To make pistachio milk, infuse 15oz of oat milk with 2.5oz of pistachio syrup & 1 tsp of nutmeg overnight
